SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS
1. Eligibility: Open to registered adult members of the PORTSMOUTH MOTOR CYCLE RACING CLUB LTD.
2. Numbers: To be displayed on the front and each side of the machine.
3. Tyres: Optional, MOTOCROSS, ENDURO, TRIALS.
4. Scrutineering: commence from 09:00hrs til 10:30hrs, no bikes to be started earlier than 15 minutes before the start.
5. Start: Riders will leave at 1 minute intervals in there class group, DURATION: Three (3) hours.
6. Membership: Proof of PMCRC club membership must be shown at signing on (unless this is an open event) along with a valid ACU license.

ENTRY DECLARATION:

I / we apply to enter the event described above and in consideration thereof :-

1. I / we hereby declare that I / we have had the opportunity to read, and that I / we understand the National Sporting code of the ACU, the ACU Standing Regulations, such Supplementary Regulations as have or may be issued for the event, and agree to be bound by them.
2. I / we further declare that I am / we are physically and mentally fit to take part in the event and I am / we are competent to do so.
3. I / we confirm that I / we understand the nature and type of events and the risk inherent with the sport and agree to accept the same not with standing that such risks may involve negligence on the part of the organisers / officials.
4. I /we confirm that the machine(s) as described above which I / we compete on shall be suitable and proper for the purpose.
5. I / we confirm that if any part of the event takes place on a public highway, the machine(s) as described below shall be insured as required by the Road Traffic Acts, orequivalent legislation, and that it / they will comply with the regulations in respect thereof.
6. I / we understand and agree that I am / we are required to register my / our arrival by ‘signing on’ at the event / race control office or other designated area, not less than 30minutes prior to commencement of said competitor’s practice or first competition, whichever occurs first:

Acknowledgement of the risks of motor sport: I / we understand that by taking part in this event I / we are exposed to a risk of death, becoming permanently disabled orsuffering some other serious injury and I / we acknowledge that even in the event that negligence on the part of the ACU, the promoter, the organising club, the venue owner orany individual carrying out duties on their behalf were to be a contributory cause of any serious injury I / we may suffer, the dominant cause of any serious injury will always bemy / our voluntary decision to take part in a high risk activity.

7. I / we have read the above and acknowledge that my / our participation in motor sport is entirely at my / our own risk.

8. I am over 18 years of age. Under 18s please use the post & print option and ensure your parent or guardian completes the Parental Declaration.
