NON STARTERS & CANCELLATIONS - Anyone who enters this event must give at least 7 days notice of non attendance to be considered for a refund. An admin charge of £10 will be deducted from refunds . Alternatively, your entry can be rolled forward to a future Core Event.

SUPPLEMENTARY REGULATIONS
1. ELIGIBILITY Open to all riders of Solo enduro, trail or MX motorcycles.
2. Venue : Twin Oaks EX16 8RR
3. Course : Set in a traditional Devon farmland venue this track boasts open fields,woodland,forest tracks, stream runs and much more.
4. Classes : Championship, Expert over 40, Clubman, Clubman 40+ & Sportsman.
5. Tyres: No restrictions.
6. Signing on 08:00 Riders must produce bike (clean), Helmet & fire extinguiser (No extinguiser no refuelling) Numbers: To be displayed on the front and each side of the machine.
7. Start: Riders will leave at 1 minute intervals in class groups, DURATION: 2.5 hours. Race ends 13:30, all laps started before 13:30 will count.
8. Under 18’s will need to have a parent or guardian sign them on the day.
IOPD licence or ACU licence accepted. IOPD day licence £10 available on the day.

ENTRY DECLARATION:

I / we apply to enter the event described above and in consideration thereof :-

1. I / we hereby declare that I / we have had the opportunity to read, and that I / we understand the National Sporting code of the ACU, the ACU Standing Regulations, such Supplementary Regulations as have or may be issued for the event, and agree to be bound by them.
2. I / we further declare that I am / we are physically and mentally fit to take part in the event and I am / we are competent to do so.
3. I / we confirm that I / we understand the nature and type of events and the risk inherent with the sport and agree to accept the same not with standing that such risks may involve negligence on the part of the organisers / officials.
4. I /we confirm that the machine(s) as described above which I / we compete on shall be suitable and proper for the purpose.
5. I / we confirm that if any part of the event takes place on a public highway, the machine(s) as described below shall be insured as required by the Road Traffic Acts, orequivalent legislation, and that it / they will comply with the regulations in respect thereof.
6. I / we understand and agree that I am / we are required to register my / our arrival by ‘signing on’ at the event / race control office or other designated area, not less than 30minutes prior to commencement of said competitor’s practice or first competition, whichever occurs first:

Acknowledgement of the risks of motor sport: I / we understand that by taking part in this event I / we are exposed to a risk of death, becoming permanently disabled orsuffering some other serious injury and I / we acknowledge that even in the event that negligence on the part of the ACU, the promoter, the organising club, the venue owner orany individual carrying out duties on their behalf were to be a contributory cause of any serious injury I / we may suffer, the dominant cause of any serious injury will always bemy / our voluntary decision to take part in a high risk activity.

7. I / we have read the above and acknowledge that my / our participation in motor sport is entirely at my / our own risk.
